Shah Jeera (Royal Kashmiri Black Cumin)

Fresh harvest aroma. You can tell immediately this is from the upper mountain areas. We made Kashmiri Yakhni with it on Sunday and the flavour was spot on. Very happy with Deenz Organics.

Quality is 5-star without doubt. The aroma while frying in ghee is very royal and gentle. Giving 4 stars only because courier took 5 days to reach Bengaluru, but product freshness made up for it.

Genuine Kashmiri Siah Zeera. I have been looking for real caraway seeds for authentic Lucknowi biryani for a long time. This is 100% original quality, clean and full of natural oils.

Real wild Shahi Jeera. The seeds are very small and thin, completely different from the duplicate big cumin sold in local markets. A small pinch in pulao gave an amazing aroma. Excellent packaging.

The fragrance of this Shah Jeera is unbelievable! As soon as I opened the packet, the whole kitchen was smelling so nice. Used it in my mutton biryani and the taste was just like authentic Kashmiri Wazwan. Very clean seeds, no stones at all.
