Many store-bought instant kahwas use artificial saffron aroma and powdered tea dust. Our Shahi Kahwa blend is made the way our families make it at home: whole Kashmiri green tea leaves, crushed green cardamom pods, sweet cinnamon quills, dried rose petals, real Kashmiri Mongra saffron strands, and hand-sliced Kashmiri Giri almonds.

How to brew: Boil 2 cups of water with a flat teaspoon of this blend for 3 to 4 minutes until it turns a gentle golden hue. Strain into small cups, add a touch of honey or sugar if you like, and float a few extra slivered almonds on top. It warms your chest on chilly mornings and helps you relax after a heavy dinner.
