Harvest description & origin details
Salam everyone. This is Raashid Din from Deenz Organics. In high mountain cold desert where winter temperature drops minus 20 degree, this small orange berry grows completely wild on thorny bushes. Locals call it Leh Berry or Himalayan Wonder Berry.
Most berries you buy in market are soaked in sugar syrup or have chemicals so they look sweet and soft. Our berries have ZERO sugar added. We don't add sulphur or artificial color. We handpick them from wild bushes in high valleys, wash with clean glacial mountain water, and slow sun-dry under clear mountain sun.
Because it is 100% natural, the taste is very sharp sour and tangy. That sourness is pure Vitamin C (it has 12 times more Vitamin C than fresh oranges) and rare Omega 7, 3, 6, and 9 fatty acids. You can eat 5 to 10 berries directly in morning, chew them slowly, or soak in warm water with raw honey to make mountain herbal tea. It gives natural stamina, clears skin dryness, and protects stomach from acidity.
Why Real Sea Buckthorn Must Be Sour
If you buy sea buckthorn in the city and it tastes like sweet raisins, you are eating sugar syrup with berry flavoring. True Himalayan wild berries grow in freezing altitude with extreme UV rays, which makes the plant produce immense natural Vitamin C and organic malic acids. Our berries are 100% unsweetened and raw.
Hand-Gathered from Glacial Valleys
Every autumn, native mountain harvesters climb rocky riverbeds and cold ridges in Ladakh and Kargil. Thorny bushes make harvesting painstaking by hand. We wash them in glacial mountain water and shade-sun dry them so every precious drop of natural berry oil remains intact inside.
How to use
Take 8-10 berries daily. Chew directly with water, or soak overnight in warm water and drink as mountain morning tonic. You can also crush and sprinkle over curd or morning oats.
Storage Instructions
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry pantry away from direct sunlight. Reseal tightly after every use.
